Your order will be mailed within 48 hours and delivered within 4 days for Australian or New Zealand orders and delivered within 2 weeks for international orders.

If you are not satisfied with this product within 15 days of receiving your Aircycle, please call our customer care team on +64 4 293 3224 or email: info@aircycle.co.nz
Provided you have contacted Aircycle within 15 days of receipt of your purchase and if you are still dissatisfied you may return your Aircycle and your payment will be refunded in full.
The Aircycle carries a lifetime guarantee against faulty manufacture. If an Aircycle is found to be faulty it may be returned and will be replaced immediately. The cost of returning the product will be refunded.
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers up to 20 years use from date of purchase, if used strictly according to the instructions.
We cover any manufacturing fault with a replacement Aircycle but do not cover punctures, animal bites, clawing or other abnormal use.
Any claim must be in writing with supporting evidence.

Our Aircycle lifetime guarantee covers any manufacturer’s faults or air leakage (with normal/prescribed usage) and demonstrates our commitment to producing a quality product that helps you to enjoy less pain and more life.
The guarantee refers to units, used according to instructions, up to 20 years from the date of purchase. What we do not cover is punctures, animal bites, clawing or other abnormal use.
Claims must be submitted to us in writing and include supporting evidence.
